You will get some lag on very resource intensive websites but then again it is a budget tablet. Android 4.03 has no lag at all on this tablet. The specs on this tablet are more then double the system requirements to run a full Deb Linux OS. Android is Linux and such will take advantage of the hardware that is in this tablet. This tablet has the Google app market installed on it by default. The default language is set to (USA)English. you have the option to change the default language with no difficulty.
