The AM4113FVT is similar to the AM4013T digital microscope, yet includes a fluorescent UV light specifically geared toward industrial applications. The AM4113FVT has a UV wavelength of 390-400nm and is equipped with a new sensor featuring improved color resolution and more accurate white balance compensation.. The UV lighting is ideal for laboratory research and inspection, parts inspection and law enforcement.
It is worth noting that the color resolution is better than most digital cameras owing to the fixed white-balance calibration that is set at the factory using a jeweler's color balance. It is also easy to use. Simply hook it up to your computer via the USB 2.0 connection, load the included (and intuitive), DinoCapture software and enjoy the live image. A thumb dial enables a zoom magnification of up to 200x. You can achieve various magnifications by changing the distance between the microscope and the object you're viewing.
The upgraded DinoCapture 2.0 v1.2.9.x software allows for user-friendly photography including stills, video and even time-lapse. It can now import or export frames, save and reload notations and switch default output between BMP and JPG for greater flexibility and ease of use.
